Cool Phone Service is a leading retail calling cards provider. Our goal is to provide our customers the best service for prepaid calling cards online. For each card we sell, we make sure we provide our clients with the best technical assistance.
Each technical support department is responsible for liaising their phone cards, quality, price and all other technical issues that may arise. In the case where the client meets one of these problems, they will be able to solve their problems directly with the card provider.
If the provider of a calling card is unsuccessful in resolving any of these technical issues, Cool Phone Service will intervene on behalf of the client to address the problem and resolve the matter for the client.
If any technical problem was unsolvable, the following measures will be taken based on the current status of the purchase card: If your balance remains full or calling card balance has been compromised due to technical problems reported, Cool Phone Service will issue the customer a full refund.
If the balance of a business card has been partially used, the customer receives a credit for the balance on the card. The amount credited will not exceed the number of minutes in terms of purchase.
Warranty is limited to the initial retail purchase and is not transferable. Claims must be made within 30 days of purchase. If the business card was filled and our warranty covers only the last card is free. We do not refund money on refilling minutes before reloading.
